Members & teams

Administrators manage people, access, and the health of the platform from a dedicated set of tools, all backed by an audit trail.

Control Center

The Control Center gives administrators an organization-wide overview: platform readiness checks, knowledge and source counts, connector status, member activity, and quality signals such as low-confidence answers and knowledge gaps.

Member lifecycle

Invite members and assign the member or administrator role
Edit profiles, reset passwords, and suspend or reactivate accounts
Revoke a member’s active sessions immediately
Manage which teams each member belongs to

The last active administrator cannot be removed or demoted, so an organization can never lock itself out.

Teams & access

Teams control who can see what. Restrict a source to one or more teams and that restriction is enforced everywhere — search, citations, and AI context. A team that gates source access cannot be deleted until those restrictions are reassigned, so knowledge is never exposed by accident.

Audit trail

Member, team, connector, source, document, and security operations are recorded in the activity trail, giving administrators complete traceability of changes across the workspace.
